READ ON FILMFREEWAY →After accepting the invitation to participate in the festival, films cannot be withdrawn from the program.
The Festival organization may use images or clips of selected films for promotional use and public exhibition during the festival.
Films with non-English soundtracks must be submitted with embedded English subtitles.
If available, open captioning for ALL films is encouraged.
Selected filmmakers grant the Festival the right to use stills and portions of the selected film for promotional purposes.
We accept films up to 120 minutes in length.
All submission screeners must go through a screening process to qualify for selection.
Entry fees are nonrefundable except when an event is canceled by the Festival.
The Filmmaker warrants that they are authorized to commit the film for screening and accepts these requirements and regulations.
The filmmaker shall indemnify and hold harmless the Festival from claims arising from submission, including copyright, trademark, intellectual property, defamation or publicity rights.
